iJango Members have the option to upgrade to Community Director(CD) at any time. As a Community Director (CD) you have the potential to earn an income with a unique and innovative business model. To get started, an applicant must register with iJango by filling out an online Community Director (CD) Application. As a CD with iJango, you earn Commissions three different ways;

1. When you personally gather customers (Members) who register to create their own iJango web portal and download the Eos Rewards Browser;
2. When those Members shop and interact with the services provided through the iJango web portal and the Eos Rewards Browser; and,
3. When you refer small businesses to iJango’s advertising services, Adz. Each time your community generates revenue by purchasing products through the iJango Shopping Outlet, interacting with the services provided through the iJango web portal, and when advertising fees are paid by small businesses, we pay you Commissions provided you are “eligible” pursuant to this Marketing and Compensation Plan and Terms and Conditions.
